Dwight--am i missing something? is this just a random plug by a democrat or was there some attempt at a vulcan mind meld intended? They were talking about abuses of our elected democratic state senator, not the national congressional seat for state representative. In my experience, progressive democrats (notice i state progressive, not traditional) almost always deflect or avoid the argument. They avoid the facts and always rely on feeings and emotions-where they love to battle unfairly-since there is no debating emotions or feelings. If your points are valid and worthwhile, you should be able to support and defend them, without whimping out and taking the low road.

Linda, I agree with you that Senator Saltzman is playing dirty politics. I recently had a friend uninvited to a Woodbury Chamber event by Senator Saltzman because of her Political affiliation with the Republican Party. Kathy Saltzman does seem desparate!!!!!
