Clearly you fellows do not understand this gentlemans protest, that I and most others in Woodbury would agree with. If several firefighters in the city are being paid to be at the firehouses is't it a good use of these firefighters time when not handling emergencies to clear out around fire hydrants? I think it is a great idea!!

I always thought there was an understanding in most communities that if a fire hydrant is in front of your house you should clean around it. Doesn't seem to make sense that the F.D. drive around after every snowfall and do this job. People need to take responsibility and put their entitlement issues aside and pitch in and help our community.
