BA, Six so called republicans voted for this rediculous increase, and where are we now? We are still going to spend the money in the bonding bill for their FAVORITE (pork) projects. At least Marcia, Kathy, and Julie, all had the means and alertness to vote for their pay increase (per diem) beforehand.

'HUGE tax increases'? Yeah, but stop complaining like you have to pay it entirely by yourself. It's for the benefit of you and everyone else in this state. If transportation/transit isn't fixed now, would you rather have Minnesota sell bonds in an amount too small to do the job and have parts of your 'HUGE tax increase' go to pay the interest on those bonds in the future? ** ** Swails and her party AND Republicans voted for the necessary tax increase. Taxes aren't the greatest thing ever invented, but without them you'd be driving your gas hog on gravel roads.

Great idea to raise taxes! I hope we can get to be the number one highest taxed state soon! See where it is getting us!
