A few more neighborhoods will see construction again this year, as Woodbury continues with its roadway rehabilitation plans.
City officials decided Tahoe Road, Carver Park Drive and Carver Park Circle, Woodlane Hills and Victoria Place, Glen Road, Rolling Acres and Century Avenue are all in poor condition and in need of some sprucing up.
Woodbury assistant city engineer Paul Kauppi said bids will be accepted in April for the estimated $4.2 million project and construction is set to begin this summer.
An assessment public hearing will be held in May to announce how benefiting properties will pay their share of the costs, which total 25 percent.
The total project cost may be reduced if bids are received lower than anticipated, Kauppi said.
