CITY OF WOODBURY ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

PROJECT IDENTIFICATION:Sealed bids will be received for:

City Of Woodbury

2013 Park Pavement Maintenance Projects in accordance with Construction Documents prepared by CEI Engineering Associates, Inc. 2025 Centre Pointe Blvd, Suite 210, Mendota Heights, MN 55120.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Bid Items scope includes rehabilitation of existing trails/Pedstrian Ramps, new trail construction and tennis court maintenance around the City.

BID DATE AND LOCATION: Sealed bids will be received by City of Woodbury, Attention: Paul Griffin, Parks Supervisor, 2301 Tower Drive, Woodbury, Minnesota 55125-1642, then publicly opened and read aloud. Bids will be received until 2 p.m. local time, on April 4, 2013.

BID SECURITY: Each bid shall be accompanied by Bid Security in form of certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in amount of five (5) percent of Base Bid submitted, made payable to Owner, as guarantee that Bidder will, if awarded, enter into Contract in accordance with Contract Documents and submitted Bid.

EXAMINATION OF DOCUMENTS: Plans and Specifications may be examined at the Office of CEI Engineering Associates, Inc. and at the following locations:

PROCUREMENT OF DOCUMENTS: Bidders may secure a set of Bidding Documents at the Office of CEI Engineering Associates, Inc., 2025 Centre Pointe Blvd, Suite 210, Mendota Heights, MN 55120., phone 651-452-8960, for a $30.00 non-refundable fee per set.

TIME OF COMPLETION: Owner requires all Work to be fully completed on or before August 16, 2013. Bids shall reflect all costs necessary to meet this schedule requirement.

PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS: Contractor shall provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Sum.

OWNER'S RIGHT TO REJECT BIDS: Owner reserves the right to reject a Bid which is in any way incomplete or irregular or to waive informalities or irregularities in a Bid received, and accept a Bid, which in the Owner's judgment is in the Owner's best interests.
