The restaurant is run by the After Midnight Group, which plans to have a menu filled with gourmet burgers, pot pies, soups, salads and steaks.
One of the owners, Anne Loff, said Cowboy Jack’s is expected to open by the end of April depending on the construction schedule.
Punch Pizza specializes in Neapolitan pizza that cooks in an 800-degree wood-burning oven and is ready within 90 seconds.
Owner of the new Woodbury location John Puckett said he expects to open by mid-July. Punch Pizza will be located at Valley Creek Road and City Centre Drive.
