NOTICE OF

COMMUNITY

MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting shall be held to gather citizen input regarding the proposed 2013 Annual Action Plan (AAP).

WHEREAS, the City of Woodbury is a recipient of federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) dollars, with an annual program year of July 1 to June 30. The AAP is the planning document that establishes how these CDBG and HOME dollars are to be invested by the City. The City is proposing to use its allocation of CDBG and HOME funds as sources for the Woodbury Foreclosure Purchase Program and Woodbury First-Time Homeownership Program, less funds required for fair housing and program administration purposes.

NOTICE IS GIVEN that a community meeting shall be held on the topic on Wednesday, March 27, 2013, at 6:00 p.m. in the Birch Conference Room at Woodbury City Hall, 8301Valley Creek Road.

Draft copies of the AAP will be available at the meeting or in advance upon written request. Individual citizens or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the meeting. Please submit written comments to Karl Batalden, Housing and Redevelopment Coordinator via US Mail at 8301 Valley Creek Road, Woodbury, MN 55125 or electronically at kbatalden@ci.woodbury.mn.us.

All interested parties will be heard.
