NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ISSUANCE OF AN

ON SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE INCLUDING PATIO AND SUNDAY SALES FOR HRP WOODBURY II LLC DBA TAVERN GRILL RESTAURANT AND BAR

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Woodbury, Washington County, Minnesota will meet in the Woodbury City Hall at 8301 Valley Creek Road in said city on Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. to consider issuing an on sale intoxicating liquor license including Patio and Sunday sales to HRP Woodbury II LLC dba Tavern Grill Restaurant and Bar located at 772 Bielenberg Drive, Woodbury, MN 55125.

Written or oral comments will be considered.
