NOTICE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT HEARING FOR THE 2013 ROADWAY REHABILITATION PROJECT -TAHOE ROAD, CARVER PARK DRIVE AND CARVER PARK CIRCLE; WOODLANE HILLS AND VICTORIA PLACE; GLEN ROAD

(CENTURY AVENUE TO RADIO DRIVE); ROLLING ACRES AND

CENTURY AVENUE (KALEN DRIVE TO MILITARY ROAD)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the proposed construction of the 2013 Roadway Rehabilitation project - Tahoe Road, Carver Park Drive and Carver Park Circle; Woodlane Hills and Victoria Place; Glen Road (Century Avenue to Radio Drive); Rolling Acres and Century Avenue (Kalen Drive to Military Road).

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the City of Woodbury, Washington County, Minnesota will meet on Wednesday, March 13, 2013, at 7:30 p.m. at the Woodbury City Hall, 8301 Valley Creek Road in said City for the purpose of holding a public improvement hearing on the proposed construction of the 2013 Roadway Rehabilitation project - Tahoe Road, Carver Park Drive and Carver Park Circle; Woodlane Hills and Victoria Place; Glen Road (Century Avenue to Radio Drive); Rolling Acres and Century Avenue (Kalen Drive to Military Road), for the benefit of the following:

Tahoe Road, Carver Park Drive and Carver Park Circle

All parcels within the south half of Section 18, Township 28N, Range 21W, City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota that have direct driveway or private street access to Tahoe Road, Carver Park Drive and Carver Park Circle.

Woodlane Hills and Victoria Place

All parcels within the west half of Section 20, Township 28N, Range 21W, City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota that have direct driveway or private street access to Thames Road, Oxford Drive (from Sherwood Road to Sunbury Drive), Oxford Alcove, Oxford Bay, Oxford Circle, Oxford Court, Tara Lane and Churchill Drive.

Glen Road (Century Avenue to Radio Drive)

All parcels within Section 31 and Section 32, Township 28N, Range 21W, City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota that have direct driveway access to Glen Road or parcel frontage length greater than adjacent roadway frontage.

Rolling Acres and Century Avenue (Kalen Drive to Military Road)

All parcels within the west half of Section 30 and the west half of Section 31, Township 28N, Range 21W, City of Woodbury, County or Washington, State of Minnesota that have direct driveway access to Century Avenue, Kalen Drive, Kalen Circle, Kalen Court and Lynn Way.

The estimated cost of said improvements is $4,231,500. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Written or oral comments will be considered. The area proposed to be assessed for the costs includes all benefited lots, tracts, or parcels of land benefited by said improvement based upon the benefit received.
