Woodbury City Council gave a developer the go ahead to build 123 single family homes in Dancing Waters last week.

The council’s consent agenda included the recommendation that would allow Pulte Homes to construct 46 homes in the 11th addition on a 20-acre development east of Settlers Ridge Parkway and south of Conifer Pass.

The council also approved building 77 single-family homes in the 13th and 15th additions on 42 acres east of Conifer Pass, about one-half mile north of Valley Creek Road.

The motion included a resolution that would authorize Mayor Mary Giuliani Stephens and City Administrator Clint Gridley to negotiate a contract with Bolton and Menk, Inc., as a consultant for the utilities and street improvements.

The developer will pay for consulting fees, so there will not be an impact on the city’s budget.
