NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION OF MILE DRIVE RIGHT OF WAY PER THE RECORDED HALF SECTION MAP, OF SECTION 27

WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA CONDITIONAL TO RECORDING OF THE BAILEY LAKE 1ST ADDITION FINAL PLAT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Woodbury desires to vacate Mile Drive right of way previously recorded on the half section map of Section 27 according to, Washington County, Minnesota, described as follows:

All that part of Mile Drive lying over the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 28, Range21, Washington County, Minnesota.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a hearing on said vacation will be held before City Council of the City of Woodbury, Washington County, Minnesota at a meeting to be held in the Woodbury City Hall, 8301 Valley Creek Road on Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at 7:30p.m.
