The New Life Academy girls basketball team dropped a game against conference foe Lester Prairie/Holy Trinity 54-48 at home on Thursday night.
The loss puts them in a tie for third place in the conference with Southwest Christian at 6-3 in the Minnesota Christian Athletic Association.
Abby Thor led the Eagles in scoring against LP/HT with 17 points, followed by Valerie Hohol who had 10.
Hohol recorded a double-double as she also led the team with 13 rebounds.
Next up for the Eagles is a game against Trinity at 6 p.m. Friday at River Ridge in Eagan.
