Woodbury senior guard Diallo Powell scored a team-high 22 points in the Royals’ 82-77 Suburban East Conference win over White Bear Lake last week. Powell is second on the team in scoring at 13.2 points per game.
Woodbury climbed up the conference ladder with a pair of wins last week – and Diallo Powell gave the Royals a boost.
Powell, a senior guard, scored a team-high 22 points in the Royals’ 82-77 Suburban East Conference win over White Bear Lake last week. Powell, who is second on the team in scoring at 13.2 points per game, also had 12 points as Woodbury routed Forest Lake 86-53. The Royals are 9-3 overall and 3-2 in the SEC.
