TO ALL PARTIES WITH AN INTEREST IN THIS REAL ESTATE,

PARTICULARLY: Karen J. Rumpca and Thomas R. Evans.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that unless you appear before this Court on the 4th day of February, 2013, at 9:00 am, at the Washington County Government Center, 14949 62nd Street North, City of Stillwater, State of Minnesota, to make a valid objection, the Court will enter the following Order:

That the registrar of titles, upon the filing with him of a certified copy of this order, cancel Certificate of Title No. 54749 and enter a new certificate of title for Lot Ten (10), Block Four (4), Rolling Hills 1st Addition, in favor of TCF National Bank, subject to the memorial of Document No. 36228, but free from all other memorials appearing on the present certificate through the memorial of Document No. 1217111, and also free from the memorial of this order.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this Order be served:

(a) At least ten (10) days prior to such hearing upon all of the above named parties residing in this State in the manner provided by law for the service of a summons in a civil action.

(b) At least fourteen (14) days prior to such hearing upon any of the named non-residents by sending a copy of the Order to such non-resident at his post office address, by registered mail or certified mail, return receipt.

(c) That service upon any party who cannot be found and upon "all other persons or parties unknown" be had by two weeks publication of the Order to Show Cause and by sending a copy of the Order to Show Cause at least fourteen (14) days prior to the he hearing by First Class Mail to such party at his last known address and by sending another copy of the Order at least fourteen (14) days prior to the hearing by First Class Mail, to his address as stated on the Certificate of Title, if any address is so stated.
