IT IS ORDERED AND NOTICE IS GIVEN that on January 18, 2013, at 9:00 a.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at the Washington County Courthouse, 14949 62nd Street North, Stillwater, Minnesota, 55082 on the petition of Gary Gronos and Dara LaMere for Allowance of Trust Accounts, Confirmation of Trustees' Acts, Acceptance of Resignation of Trustees, and Order Appointing Successor Trustee.

Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the petition may be granted.

Notice shall be given to those beneficiaries of the trust who are known to or reasonably ascertainable by the petitioner by mailing a copy of this Notice and Order by U.S. Postal Service at least fifteen (15) days prior to the hearing date.

Notice also shall be given by publishing one time a copy of this Notice and Order in a legal newspaper for the county in which the petition is filed at least twenty (20) days prior to the hearing.
