Charles "Dick" Bastien, age 90, of Woodbury, formerly of St. Paul, died Dec. 2.

Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 27, with visitation 1 hour prior, at Mueller Memorial of St. Paul, 835 Johnson Parkway, St. Paul. Private interment will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
