ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF, CITY OF WOODBURY, WASHINGTON COUNTY,

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Woodbury desires to vacate all drainage and utility easements previously recorded with Outlots 17 and 18, Block 3, Dancing Waters 11th Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Washington County, Minnesota, described as follows:

All those drainage and utility easements over, under, and across Lots 17and 18, Block 3, DANCING WATERS 11th Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Washington County, Minnesota 55311.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a hearing on said vacation will be held before City Council of the City of Woodbury, Washington County, Minnesota at a meeting to be held in the Woodbury City Hall, 8301 Valley Creek Road on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at 7:30p.m.
