Wahlin and Falconer also each added assists, as did Cassandra Morris, Livia Twohig, Sarah Gustafson and Erin Goodell, while Geisser, a junior, earned the shutout victory with 19 saves.
Woodbury had 22 shots on goal in the win over the Orioles (1-2).
After the win, Woodbury took on Tartan (0-1) on Tuesday, Nov. 20, after the Bulletin went to press. Next, the Royals face off with Roseville (2-0) on the road on Tuesday, Nov. 27, in their first Suburban East Conference game of the year. The Raiders are the defending SEC champions and were ranked fifth in the state in last season’s final poll.
