WOODBURY CITY CODE BY AMENDING CHAPTER 21, SUBDIVISIONS.

TITLE: CHAPTER 21. SUBDIVISIONS

SUMMARY OF WOODBURY ORDINANCE NO. 1864

Chapter 21, Subdivisions, sets forth the section of the City Code that establishes minimum regulations governing land division. The purpose of the chapter is to protect the public health, safety, comfort, convenience and general welfare in the City of Woodbury. The purpose of the amendments and additions are to implement the comprehensive plan and adopted master plan, reflect changes to state statutes, update definitions and procedures and improve readability and organization.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS TITLE AND "SUMMARY OF THE AMENDMENT TO THE WOODBURY CITY CODE BY AMENDING CHAPTER 21, SUBDIVISIONS" CLEARLY INFORMS THE PUBLIC OF THE INTENT AND EFFECT OF THE ORDINANCE AND CONFORMS WITH MINNESOTA STATUTES SECTION 412.191 AND SECTION 331A.01, SUBD. 10.
