Final results: Weik is winner of Washington County Board District 5 seat

Incumbent Lisa Weik has won another term on the Washington County Board of Commissioners, representing District 5.
Unofficial results show Weik taking 59 percent of the votes, while challenger Nancy Remakel, current Woodbury Planning Commission chair, took 40 percent, according to the Office of the Minnesota Secretary of State.
The results make Weik the only board member eligible to serve as chair.
