NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Math & Science Academy has submitted an application for an Amended Planned Unit Development, Conditional Use Permit and Site and Building Plan. The applicant is requesting to construct a new building including gymnasium space and classroom space. The property is located to the north of the existing Math and Science Academy located at 8430 Woodbury Crossing. The property is zoned B-1, Office Park and is guided as Places to Work on the Land Use Plan.

The application includes the following described real estate lying and being in the City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota to wit:

Lot 2, Block 1, Woodbury Crossing 2nd Addition

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Woodbury City Council has scheduled a public hearing to review the request for the application. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, October 24, 2012, at 7:30 p.m. at Woodbury City Hall, 8301Valley Creek Road.

The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Individual citizens or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing.

All interested parties will be heard.
