NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Woodbury is proposing to amend Chapter 24 of the Woodbury City Code amending Article V, Supplemental District Regulations and Article VI, Supplemental Performance Standards, to implement the adopted comprehensive plan and master plan, conform to state statutes, bring consistency to terms and format and reflect current planning best practices.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Woodbury City Council has scheduled a public hearing to review the ordinance amendment. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, October 24, 2012, at 7:30 p.m. at Woodbury City Hall, 8301Valley Creek Road.

The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed amendments. Individual citizens or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing.

All interested parties will be heard.
