ORDINANCE NO. 1857

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WOODBURY, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA ADOPTING THE CITY OF WOODBURY ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES 462.357

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WOODBURY, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA DOES ORDAIN:

1857.01 That the zoning map, with official copy available at City Hall, is adopted as the official City of Woodbury Zoning Map and shall be an official control pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 462.357. The map shows the boundaries of the zoning districts referred to in Article III - Zoning Districts and District Regulations of the City of Woodbury Code of Ordinances.

1857.02All the previous City of Woodbury zoning maps are hereby repealed.

1857.03 Severability

In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction adjudges any part of this map to be invalid, such judgment shall not effect any other provision of this map not specifically included within the judgment.

1857.04 Effective Date

This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication according to law.

Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Woodbury, Washington County, Minnesota this 26th day of September, 2012.
