Andene Wellness Corporation is in the process of dissolving and has filed a Notice of Intent to Dissolve with the Minnesota Secretary of State's Office on September 12th, 2012. Claims against Andene Wellness Corporation should be made in written form and presented to or mailed to: Andrea Carpenter, 8612 Jenner Ln S, Cottage Grove, MN 55016. Claims must be received within ninety (90) days from the date of this Notice or your claim will be barred.
