Madison Gaffney, a junior, scored all four of the Woodbury girls soccer team’s goals last week as the Royals went 2-1 in its three games.
With a couple players out of the lineup, Woodbury’s Madison Gaffney stepped up.
Gaffney, a junior, scored all four of the Woodbury girls soccer team’s goals last week as the Royals went 2-1 in its three games.
Gaffney scored two goals in a 2-1 win over Bloomington Jefferson, the lone goal in a 1-0 win over ninth-ranked Edina and a goal in a 2-1 loss to Park. She now has a team-leading seven goals and eight points on the year. Woodbury is 5-1-1 on the season and ranked No. 7 in Class AA.
