Highland Knoll, a development that sat empty for years and was auctioned off this spring, is selling fast.
Woodbury Community Development Director Dwight Picha said so far 20 of the 28 lots already have agreements in place.
Highland Knoll was a tax forfeited development sold in April for $1.5 million.
Though the lots got multiple bids at the auction held in March, it wasn’t until after the auction closed that Ryland Homes purchased them and started building.
The company was eager to continue building in Woodbury and quickly started showing models and began selling.
