NOTICE OF COMMUNITY MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting shall be held to gather citizen input regarding the proposed Dakota County Consortium's (DCC) 2011 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER).
Dakota County is the lead agency of the Dakota County HOME Consortium through which the following additional communities access HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds via the US Department of Housing and Urban Development: Anoka County exclusive of Coon Rapids, the City of Coon Rapids, Ramsey County exclusive of St. Paul, Washington County exclusive of Woodbury and the City of Woodbury. The DCC's proposed 2011 CAPER is an evaluative document that reports the investments made with the federal dollars and how the DCC has progressed toward meeting the goals set forth in its 2010-2014 Consolidated Plan.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the meeting shall be held on Thursday, September 13, 2012, at 5:00 p.m. in the Hawthorne Room at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a public comment period shall be open from September 14, 2012 to September 28, 2012.
The purpose of the meeting is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the DCC's proposed 2011 CAPER. Individuals or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the meeting.
