NOTICE OF COMMUNITY

MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting shall be held to gather citizen input regarding the proposed 2011 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER).

The City of Woodbury is a recipient of federal Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnerships Program dollars with an annual program year of July 1 to June 30. The 2011 CAPER is an evaluative document that reports the investments made with the federal dollars and how the City has progressed toward meeting the goals set forth in the City of Woodbury's 2010-2014 Consolidated Plan.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the meeting shall be held on Wednesday, September 5, 2012, at 6:00 p.m. in the Birch Conference Room at Woodbury City Hall, 8301Valley Creek Road.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a public comment period shall be open from September 6, 2012 to September 21, 2012.

The purpose of the meeting is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the City's proposed 2011 CAPER. Individuals or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the meeting. Please submit comments to Karl Batalden, Housing Specialist/Associate Planner via US Mail at 8301 Valley Creek Road, Woodbury, MN 55125 or electronically at kbatalden@ci.woodbury.mn.us.

All interested parties will be heard.
