NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that under and by virtue of a Judgment entered in the above entitled action on May 18, 2012, a certified copy of which has been delivered to me directing the sale of the premises hereinafter described to satisfy the amount found and adjudged due Plaintiff in the above entitled action from the Defendants, the undersigned Sheriff of Washington County, will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder for cash, on October 10, 2012, at 10:00 o'clock a.m. in the Washington County Sheriff's Office, Law Enforcement Center, 15015 62nd Street North, in the City of Stillwater, Minnesota, the premises and real estate located at 5620 157th Way, Hugo, Minnesota 55038, as described in the Judgment as follows:

Lot 11, Block 9, Creekview Preserve, Washington County, Minnesota

The tax identification number for such property is 17-031-21-24-0062.

The time allowed by law for redemption by the mortgagors, their personal representatives or assigns, is six (6) months from the confirmation of said sale.

THE TIME ALLOWED BY LAW FOR REDEMPTION BY THE MORTGAGOR, THE MORTGAGOR'S PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES OR ASSIGNS, MAY BE REDUCED TO FIVE WEEKS IF A JUDICIAL ORDER IS ENTERED UNDER MINNESOTA STATUTES, SECTION 582.032, DETERMINING, AMONG OTHER THINGS, THAT THE MORTGAGED PREMISES ARE IMPROVED WITH A RESIDENTIAL DWELLING OF LESS THAN FIVE UNITS, ARE NOT PROPERTY USED IN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION, AND ARE ABANDONED.
