Five candidates to face off in DIstrict 622 race

A total of four School Board seats are up for election with a total of five candidates.

Filing has officially closed for the District 622 School Board race.

A total of four School Board seats are up for election with a total of five candidates.

Incumbents Theresa Auge', Steve Hunt and Nancy Livingston will square off against challengers Rich Bennett, of Maplewood, and Becky Neve, of Maplewood.

One of the School Board seats is open since Pam Cunningham, a current School Board member, is currently a candidate for House District 53A.

All terms are four years. Filing closd Aug. 14 at 5 p.m.. The withdrawal period will be until 5 p.m. Aug. 16.
