Woodbury City Council filings close with five candidates

Woodbury City Hall received two more filings for the two at-large council seats up for election this November.

Woodbury City Hall received two more filings for the two at-large council seats up for election this November.

Joe Grinols and Mark Doree filed for City Council Tuesday, the last day of the filing period.

The filing period closed at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 14.

Grinols and Doree join Mike Thissen, who filed Friday, to challenge incumbents Amy Scoggins and Paul Rebholz.

The withdrawal period ends Thursday.
