NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lennar has submitted an application for a Preliminary Plat to be named Ridgestone of Woodbury 1st Addition. The applicant is requesting to develop 35 single-family lots on approximately 20 acres. The property is generally located west of Arden Drive and north of Lake Road adjacent to the Stonemill Farms development. The property is zoned R-4, Urban Residential and is guided as Low Density Residential on the Land Use Plan.
The application includes the following described real estate lying and being in the City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota to wit:
Parcel 1: The north ½ of the southwest ¼ of the northwest ¼ of Section 24, Township 28, Range 21
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Woodbury City Council has scheduled a public hearing to review the request for the application. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, August 29, 2012, at 7:30 p.m. at Woodbury City Hall, 8301 Valley Creek Road.
The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Individual citizens or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing.
All interested parties will be heard.
