Letter to the editor: Pulkrabek has been dutiful tax hawk
I know Bill Pulkrabek to be a thoughtful and articulate elected official who is not afraid to ask tough questions and make difficult decisions on behalf of all Washington County residents.
I was elected to serve on the Washington County Board of Commissioners in 2010, representing south Washington County. I have served alongside Commissioner Bill Pulkrabek at board meetings, workshops, shared committees and community events. Having worked closely with him for nearly two years, I have seen first-hand the great work he does for Washington County.
I know Bill Pulkrabek to be a thoughtful and articulate elected official who is not afraid to ask tough questions and make difficult decisions on behalf of all Washington County residents. Bill Pulkrabek is a fiscal hawk who always looks out for the best interests of taxpayers, homeowners and businesses in our great county. Washington County has the second-lowest county tax rate in the entire state of Minnesota, in part, due to the unyielding efforts and diligence of Bill Pulkrabek.
As a result, I encourage everyone voting in the upcoming Aug. 14 primary to cast their ballot for Commissioner Bill Pulkrabek.
