IMPROVEMENT HEARING FOR THE CSAH 19 (WOODBURY DRIVE) (PARK CROSSING TO ONE-QUARTER MILE SOUTH OF BAILEY ROAD)

RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT

SAP 82-619-22 AND SAP 192-020-022 (WOODBURY DRIVE) AND SAP 82-618-19 AND SAP 192-020-021 (BAILEY ROAD)

AND SAP 192-108-025 (LAKE ROAD)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the proposed reconstruction of CSAH 19 (Woodbury Drive) (Park Crossing to One-quarter Mile South of Bailey Road).

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the City of Woodbury, Washington County, Minnesota will meet on Wednesday, August 8, 2012, at 7:30 P.M. at the Woodbury City Hall, 8301 Valley Creek Road in said City for the purpose of holding a public improvement hearing on the proposed reconstruction of the CSAH 19 (Woodbury Drive) (Park Crossing to One-quarter Mile South of Bailey Road) Reconstruction project utility and street improvements for the benefit of the following:

The estimated cost of said improvements is $3,506,600. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Written or oral comments will be considered. The area proposed to be assessed for the costs includes all benefited lots, tracts, or parcels of land benefited by said improvement based upon the benefit received.
