NOTICE OF FILING
Filing opens Tuesday, July 31, 2012 and continues through 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 14, 2012, for Woodbury residents seeking election to the City Council this November.
Voters will elect two Council members to four-year terms that begin in January.
Candidates for municipal elective office may file with the City Clerk at Woodbury City Hall, 8301 Valley Creek Road, Woodbury, Minnesota, in the Administration Department, during regular business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The office will remain open until 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 the last day to file. The filing fee is $5. Each candidate receives a packet of financial and campaign information at the time of filing.
Candidates for municipal elective office may withdraw by filing an Affidavit of Withdrawal with the City Clerk before 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 16, 2012.
