Registration open for second-annual Dick Stafford Veterans Memorial Golf Tournament

The Veterans Memorial Golf Tournament in memory of Dick Stafford will be held Monday, Aug. 13 at Eagle Valley Golf Course in Woodbury. Stafford was a longtime Washington County commissioner and auditor-treasurer and played a major role in the memorial at the Woodbury City Hall, which serves as a site for reflecting on the sacrifices of United States military veterans. Early sign-up, before July 1, is $125. After July 1, the event costs $145. Cost includes golf, range balls, contests, box lunch and dinner. Cost for dinner only is $25. Hole sponsor and golf foursome is $600. Additional sponsor opportunities available. There will also be a silent auction. All proceeds benefit the Woodbury Lions Veterans Memorial.
