NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT sealed bids for the following services will be received by the City of Woodbury Public Works Department, 2301 Tower Drive, Woodbury, Minnesota, 55125, until 2:30 p.m. prevailing time on July 17, 2012, at which time and place all Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Cleaning, Repairing and Painting

1.0 MMG Steel Standpipe

City Project No. 17-2011-02

Start on or before: August 13, 2012 and be completed on or before October 19, 2012.

Each Proposal shall be submitted on the printed bid documents in the Specifications on file in the office of Kollmer Consultants, Inc. (KCI), 7494 253rd Avenue NE, Stacy, MN 55079-3145, and may be obtained upon payment of a $75.00 non-refundable fee per set. Bids shall be based on cash payment for the work described in the Specifications.

A PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD AT 10:00 A.M. ON JULY 9, 2012 AT THE CITY OF WOODBURY PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT, 2301 TOWER DRIVE, WOODBURY, MN, FOLLOWED BY A VISIT TO THE JOB SITE.

All bids must be sealed and marked as indicated in Section C, INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check or Bidders Bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the total bid price, made payable to the City of Woodbury, Minnesota.

The right is reserved to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities therein. Bids may be rejected for any alterations or erasures.
