NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ISSUANCE OF AN

ON SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE INCLUDING PATIO AND SUNDAY SALES FOR AMICI, LLC DBA SOLE MIO

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Woodbury, Washington County, Minnesota will meet in the Woodbury City Hall at 8301 Valley Creek Road in said city on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. to consider issuing an on sale intoxicating liquor license including Patio and Sunday sales to Amici, LLC dba Sole Mio located at 1750 Weir Drive, Woodbury, MN 55125.

Written or oral comments will be considered.
