NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Woodbury is proposing to amend Chapter 24 of the Woodbury City Code amending Article I, In General; Article II, Administration and Enforcement; Article III, Zoning Districts, Section 24-137, B-3 - Planned Shopping Center District; and Article VI, Section 24-302, Performance Standards for Places to Shop within the Urban Village Master Plan Study Area to implement the adopted comprehensive plan and master plan, conform to state statutes, update zoning use definitions, bring consistency to terms and format and reflect current planning best practices.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Woodbury City Council has scheduled a public hearing to review the ordinance amendment. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, June 27, 2012, at 7:30 p.m. at Woodbury City Hall, 8301Valley Creek Road.

The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed amendments. Individual citizens or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing.

All interested parties will be heard.
