Woodbury senior Davis Johnson finished second in the 300-meter hurdles, placed fourth in the 110-meter hurdles and helped the Royals' 1600-meter team finish in first place with a time of 3:21.63 at the conference championship meet last week.
Looks like Woodbury’s Davis Johnson wants to finish strong.
Johnson, a senior, helped the Royals’ boys track team take fifth place in the 10-team Suburban East Conference Championship meet last week. Johnson finished second in the 300-meter hurdles with a time of 39.43, which was the fourth-best recorded in the state thus far, placed fourth in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 15.52 and helped Woodbury’s 1600-meter team finish in first place with a time of 3:21.63.
