NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Opportunity Services has submitted an application for a Conditional Use Permit and Site and Building Plan review. The applicant is requesting to construct an approximately 1,350 square foot garage on their property. The property is located at 1795 Woodlane Drive. The property is zoned B-1 Office Park and is guided as Places to Work on the Land Use Plan.

The application includes the following described real estate lying and being in the City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota to wit:

Lot 6, Block 1, Woodbury Center Industrial Park

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Woodbury City Council has scheduled a public hearing to review the request for the application. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, June 13, 2012, at 7:30 p.m. at Woodbury City Hall, 8301Valley Creek Road.

The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Individual citizens or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing.

All interested parties will be heard.
