Woodbury police assisted federal agents this morning in arresting a fugitive.
Members of the U.S. Marshals Office arrested a man wanted for a federal probation violation warrant at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Red Roof Inn, said Thomas Volk, a deputy U.S. marshal.
The man, who Volk said had allegedly violated terms of probation issued for a bank robbery conviction, was arrested without incident. Volk said authorities converged on the Red Roof after receiving a tip that the man was staying there.
