NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Independent School District 833 has submitted an application for a Conditional Use Permit and Site and Building Plan approval for the Liberty Ridge Elementary School located at 11283 Eagle View Boulevard. The applicant is requesting to expand the existing building from approximately 10,000 square feet to 22,000 square feet. The expansion would provide additional elementary education and pre-elementary education uses at the site. The property is zoned R-4, Urban Residential and is guided as Places to Shop on the Land Use Plan.

The application includes the following described real estate lying and being in the City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota to wit:

Block 1, Lot 2, Settlers Pointe

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Woodbury City Council has scheduled a public hearing to review the request for the application. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 23, 2012, at 7:30 p.m. at Woodbury City Hall, 8301Valley Creek Road.

The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Individual citizens or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing.

All interested parties will be heard.
