Monday’s Pheasant Run road house fire was set intentionally, Woodbury’s top firefighter said.
Todd Johnson, Woodbury’s fire chief and deputy Public Safety Director, said investigators concluded the fire was intentionally set by someone within the home.
He said a Minnesota statue – which governs the release of information regarding juveniles – prohibited him from identifying the suspect.
The fire caused more than $100,000 in damage, Johnson said.
He said firefighters became suspicious while fighting the blaze. There were multiple origins of fire, Johnson said, adding that a fire investigator reached the same conclusion.
