Dolan Realtors, a local real estate company, has announced the formation of a new home sales team.
Dan Dolan, real estate broker and developer in the east metro, has joined forces with James Dolan, longtime residential and commercial real estate appraiser, to form the company.
Their combined experience will offer a blend of knowledge to assist their clients in protecting their most important asset.
“Home ownership is still a family’s primary investment,” James Dolan said. “In today's real estate market, buyers and sellers are facing economic challenges not seen in recent past.”
He added that having a trustworthy source for critical property value information is imperative today.
Dan Dolan founded Dan Dolan Realtors, focusing on the St. Paul area.
