Dan Dolan, real estate broker and developer in the east metro, has joined forces with James Dolan, longtime residential and commercial real estate appraiser, to form the company.
Their combined experience will offer a blend of knowledge to assist their clients in protecting their most important asset.
“Home ownership is still a family’s primary investment,” James Dolan said. “In today's real estate market, buyers and sellers are facing economic challenges not seen in recent past.”
He added that having a trustworthy source for critical property value information is imperative today.
Dan Dolan founded Dan Dolan Realtors, focusing on the St. Paul area.
He developed the Evergreen Community in Woodbury, with more than 400 single family homes and 160 townhomes.
He also developed the 160-acre industrial development at I-694 and 10th Street, known as Oakdale Crossing Business Park. His more recent concentration has included sales and marketing of development sites and farmland in Washington County as a member of the Realtors Land Institute.
James Dolan is president of Minnesota Residential & Commercial Appraisal Group, where he works with lenders, builders and individual property owners.
An economics major from the University of Minnesota, James Dolan has been in the real estate and appraisal business for 20 years.
Joining the sales team will be DeAnn Dolan who holds licenses in real estate and residential appraisal.
Dolan Realtors’ concentration will be in the Woodbury and Southeast Metro area.
