NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to resolution of the board that sealed bids for Food Service Equipment will be received until:

11:00 a.m., Thursday May 3,, 2012

Sealed bids for Food Service Equipment will be received by South Washington County School District No. 833 until 11:00 a.m., Thursday May 3, 2012 at which time bids will be opened, read aloud and tabulated for presentation to the Board.

Sealed bids must be enclosed in an envelope bearing the inscription "Food Service Equipment - BID NO 2013-100" together with the name and address of the bidder and addressed to:

Bids sent per facsimile machine will Not be accepted. Bid acceptance shall be conditional upon a guarantee from the bidder that specimen or sample items meeting or exceeding all specifications will be furnished to the school district if the School Board so requests.

No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after bid opening without consent of the School Board. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities therein, and further reserves the right to award the contract as it deems to be in the best interest of the Independent School District No. 833 and its employees.
