ORDINANCE NO. 1850

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WOODBURY, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WOODBURY, MINNESOTA BE AMENDED BY AMENDING ARTICLE II - CITY COUNCIL, SECTION 2-21 - COMPENSATION

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WOODBURY, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA DOES ORDAIN:

Section 2-21 Compensation:

That Section 2-21 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Woodbury, be amended so that such section shall read as follows:

Mayor Compensation

Effective January 1, 2013 the salary of the mayor shall be nine hundred seventeen dollars ($917) per month; and

Effective January 1, 2015 the salary of the mayor shall be one thousand one hundred twelve dollars ($1,112) per month.

Section 2-22 Effective Date

This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication according to law.

Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Woodbury, Washington County, Minnesota this 28th day of March, 2012.
