ORDINANCE NO. 1851

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WOODBURY, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WOODBURY, MINNESOTA BE AMENDED BY AMENDING ARTICLE II - CITY COUNCIL, SECTION 2-21 - COMPENSATION

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WOODBURY, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA DOES ORDAIN:

Section 2-21 Compensation:

That Section 2-21 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Woodbury, be amended so that such section shall read as follows:

Councilperson Compensation

Effective January 1, 2013, the salary of each councilperson shall be six hundred seventy five dollars ($675.00) per month; and

Effective January 1, 2015, the salary of each councilperson shall be eight hundred five dollars ($805.00) per month.

Section 2-22 Effective Date

This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication according to law.

Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Woodbury, Washington County, Minnesota this 28th day of March, 2012.
