OUTLOT G AND OULOT F, STONEMILL FARMS 5TH ADDITION, ACCORDING THE TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF,

CITY OF WOODBURY, WA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Woodbury desires to vacate certain dedicated drainage and utility easements on STONEMILL FARMS 5TH ADDITION, described as follows:

The Drainage and Utility Easements as originally dedicated on Outlot G, STONEMILL FARMS 5TH ADDI TION and currently delineated on Outlot A, STONEMILL FARMS SECTIONS EIGHT AND NINE,

AND

That part of the Drainage & Utility Easement over Outlot F, as dedicated on the plat of STONEMILL FARMS 5TH ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, City of Wood bury, Washington County, Minneso ta, lying southwesterly of a line drawn 10.00 feet southwesterly of the northwesterly extension of the south westerly line of Lot 1, Block 7, said STONEMILL FARMS 5TH ADDI TION.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a hearing on said vacation will be held before the City Council of the City of Woodbury, Washington County, Minnesota, at a meeting to be held in the Woodbury City Hall, 8301 Valley Creek Road on Wednesday, March 14, 2012, at 7:30 p.m.
