NOTICE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT HEARING FOR THE

2012 ROADWAY REHABILITATION PROJECT -

COLBY LAKE AREA AND WINDWOOD AREA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the proposed construction of the 2012 Roadway Rehabilitation project - Colby Lake area and Windwood area.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the City of Woodbury, Washington County, Minnesota will meet on Wednesday, February 22, 2012, at 7:30 p.m. at the Woodbury City Hall, 8301 Valley Creek Road in said City for the purpose of holding a public improvement hearing on the proposed construction of the 2012 Roadway Rehabilitation project - Colby Lake area and Windwood area, for the benefit of the following:

Colby Lake Area

All parcels within Section 15, the southeast quarter of Section 16, and the north half of the northwest quarter of Section 22, Township 28N, Range 21W, City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota that have direct driveway or private street access to Colby Lake Drive, Leyland Trail, Leyland Draw, Leyland Echo, Leyland Place, Leyland View, Hillingdon Road, Kempston Drive, Chertsey Drive, Knighton Road, Newcastle Road, Dartford Road, Bexley Drive, Wentlock Road, Castleford Drive, Castleford Court, Andrea Road, Greenwich Drive, Wimbledon Drive, Wimbledon Ridge, Wimbledon Place, Wimbledon Bay, Sequoia Road, Sequoia Court, Sequoia Bay, Acadia Road, Acadia Bay, Blue Ridge Drive, McKinley Drive, McKinley Bay, Voyageur Drive, Glacier Road, or Glacier Bay.

Windwood Area

All parcels within the south half of the southeast quarter of Section 18 and the east half of Section 19, Township 28N, Range 21W, City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota that have direct driveway or private street access to Jordan Drive, Jordan Court, Buckingham Road, Buckingham Alcove, Buckingham Bay, Buckingham Court, Devonshire Drive, Stratford Road, Stratford Alcove, Stratford Bay, Stratford Court, Stratford Draw, Macbeth Circle, Macbeth Court, Sherwood Road, Sherwood Circle, Juliet Drive, Romeo Road, Thames Road, York Drive, York Alcove, York Bay, York Circle, Chamberlain Road, Chamberlain Circle, Chamberlain Draw, Falstaff Road, Falstaff Terrace, Avon Drive, or Avon Court.

The estimated cost of said improvements is $7,284,600. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Written or oral comments will be considered. The area proposed to be assessed for the costs includes all benefited lots, tracts, or parcels of land benefited by said improvement based upon the benefit received.
